You are responsible for keeping your account information and credentials secure. If you share access with staff or contractors, you are responsible for their actions in the system.
Style OS bills via Stripe. Your monthly subscription auto‑renews unless cancelled. Additional staff or locations add to your monthly bill as described on the pricing page.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you need help, contact support@styleos.app.
You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter into Style OS. You grant us a license to host and process that content as needed to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your client information, pricing, or business data.
Do not use Style OS for unlawful activity, spam, or anything that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.
Style OS is provided “as is.” We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
